Nathan (James Lafferty) is released from the Chiefs, and is forced to face Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) and Jamie (Jackson Brundage). On the eve of Peyton's (Hilarie Burton) delivery, Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Peyton receive a surprise visit from Karen (guest star Moira Kelly).
